- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized clothing and personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
